THREE EXCITING CHRISTMAS CRAFT & GIFT SHOWS FOR 2011!

The shows were absolutely fantastic and we all had a lot of fun!  There were plenty of people visiting and the vendors were all very busy selling their wares.  The Mayor Jim Watson came by to visit us again (Nov. 20th show) and we were on the CTV 11:00 news!  How exciting!  It was so much fun and a real delight to see everyone getting into the holiday spirit.

Congratulations to Nadine Laplante, this year's winner of the breast cancer gift basket.

Stay tuned for pictures coming soon........

Hello Crafters and Vendors!

We are very happy to announce that there will be three exciting Christmas Craft and Gift Shows for the 2011 season.  All three shows will be held on Sundays at the RA Centre, 2451 Riverside Drive, Ottawa.  The show dates are Nov. 6th, 13th and Nov. 20th.

The Nov. 6th show was originally scheduled to be held at the Travelodge Hotel and Conf Centre on Carling Ave.  Due to the nasty major construction on Carling & Kirkwood Ave. that has been extended to the end of November we have decided that it would be best to relocate the show to the RA Centre.

You can view the poster for the shows below....

THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING THE SHOWS!

The craft shows were a huge success!  They were well attended and there was a constant flow of  people coming in and leaving with bags and Christmas gifts in hand.

Monique and Mayor Jim Watson

The Nov. 21st show was an exceptional one, our Mayor Jim Watson attended the show, what a nice surprise!  He bought fudge from "Holy Fudge!".

Preparing for the shows was a lot of hard work but it all paid off in the end....it was well worth it!  The shoppers were in good spirits and the vendors were delightful.  We received some wonderful comments from the vendors, such as.....

"This is the best show I've been to yet this year!"
"Thank you for making this a wonderful event!"
"I'm really happy and my sales are great!"
"Thanks for organizing such a great show!"
"I will for sure be attending your next shows!"
"Thanks for the chocolate treats, they were a special touch!"
"You did a terrific job, I enjoyed it very much!"

Thank you to everyone who attended the shows and for making them such wonderful events!

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!

Monique
